Vitakari is a multimedia artist bringing the LA underground music community together through experiential events.
Pulling inspiration from 2000's Y2K Pop and the early internet-rap era, Vitakari blends elements of hip hop/r&b seamlessly into a Indie/bedroom Pop sound. With over 30k monthly listeners on spotify, Vitakari is rising quickly on the alternative pop scene.
On the forefront of the experiential art movement, Vita is LA’s first to combine immersive art installation with a genre-fluid music showcase. Their most recent event Escape to Vitawood, held at Row DTLA, combined performance art, painting, installation and local music - bringing out a sold out audience of over 300 people.

Queer artist Vitakari plays with gender as a social construct in their recent track, Boyfriend (Love Mix) Feat. Vernell Daye. Since its release earlier this year, “Boyfriend” has gained nearly 20k plays.
bad Weather Music Video
Vita puts their positive spin on a breakup. She sings “Seasons change and I'll find something better” – moving on from her lover who probably didn’t deserve her to begin with.
Despite the bold and fun circus-like visuals the track is about a “situationship” that has gone awry. "In “Bad Weather,” I take a romantic L and use it as an opportunity for growth and transformation. I conquer self-love, kill off negativity, and push through a tough season (with my surreal world of “Vitawood” as the backdrop) says Vitakari of the video.
